Site Safety Plans & Programs Management: Oversees planning, design, coordination, and development of construction safety plans and logistics to ensure compliance with NYC Building Code – Chapter 33, FDNY, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Background in architecture aids in managing complex projects. Licensed as a Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative – NYCDOB and Superintendent of Construction – NYCDOB.
